Maryland Leadership Workshops, Inc. conducts fun, dynamic programs where students learn by doing. MLW brings together accomplished student leaders and students with leadership potential from around the State of Maryland to network and develop the skills necessary to succeed in all facets of their lives.
Through team building, peer teaching, experience-based learning, and other creative techniques, MLW staff create an exciting, supportive environment where students are encouraged to be themselves and develop their leadership potential. MLW participants experience tremendous growth as they learn about themselves and others, and become inspired and motivated to achieve, succeed, and exercise leadership.
