Every problem, issue, and challenge faced by society can be addressed through leadership. MLW recognizes that youth are society's greatest resource and empowers them to exercise leadership today and to become our leaders of tomorrow. MLW is a catalyst for bringing together and strengthening schools and communities throughout Maryland, working in proud partnership with the Maryland State Department of Education, the Maryland Association of Student Councils and Leadership Maryland. The network of MLW alumni and Leadership Maryland alumni serve as excellent resources for MLW graduates.
